Although KidzMD operates under a Direct Primary Care model, we may use or disclose health information as necessary to process payments, billing activities, or other financial transactions related to services.

• Quality improvement • Staff training • Credentialing • Compliance activities • Business management • Patient safety initiatives

Business Associates

We may disclose information to contracted vendors who assist us in operating our practice and who are legally required to safeguard health information.
