Our goal is to provide transparent, affordable pediatric care without the complexity of traditional insurance-based billing.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are billed according to the selected membership plan and are due on the agreed-upon billing date.
Membership fees cover services described in the applicable Membership Agreement.
NON-COVERED SERVICES
Certain services may not be included in membership fees and may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:
Patients will be informed whenever possible before additional charges are incurred.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods may include:
AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS
Membership enrollment may require authorization for recurring payments.
By enrolling, members authorize KidzMD to charge the selected payment method according to the Membership Agreement.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If payment cannot be processed:
REFUNDS
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specifically provided within the Membership Agreement.
INSURANCE
KidzMD operates as a Direct Primary Care practice.
Membership fees are not billed to insurance plans and generally are not reimbursable by insurance carriers.
Patients remain responsible for understanding the terms of their health insurance coverage.
COLLECTIONS
Outstanding balances not resolved after reasonable attempts may be referred for collection as permitted by applicable law.
