*KidzMD DPC supports families hesitant to vaccinate and can maintain membership; however, when children are non-vaccinated or under vaccinated and request sick care for fever and/or rash, families have telemedicine or home visit option and family will pay additional home visit fee. This minimized the public health risk of vaccine-preventable illnesses transmission. Families will also allow for ongoing conversations regarding the risks and benefits of vaccination and non-vaccination as part of the shared decision-making relationship.
